How can I view AR experience?

To view the AR experience open google lens or camera or QR reader to scan QR on your t-shirt. It will open a web page in your Mobile Browser asking to open one of the following, Mobile Browser, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat. Choose one and proceed. You’ll be redirected to that app with camera open. There point the camera to your T-shirt to scan. Once scanned, you’ll see your experience and listen to the sound related to it. You can click a picture or record a video as desired, share it on story or download and share on other apps. Hope you enjoy it.or download and share on other apps. Hope you enjoy it.

Can I scan my T-shirt if I don’t have access to QR code?

yes you can. To view the AR experience visit awww.store/scanwebar from your Mobile Browser and choose your artwork. As you select the artwork, you will be asked to open one of the following, Mobile Browser, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat. Choose one and proceed. You’ll be redirected to that app with camera open. There point the camera to your T-shirt to scan. Once scanned you’ll see your experience and listen to the sound related to it. You can click a picture or record a video as desired, share it on story or download and share on other apps. Hope you enjoy it.

When I scan the t-shirt, it shows “Tag not found”. What should I do?

If you are scanning via Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and you get a pop-up saying “tag not found”, it might be because your app is not updated. Please update the app and scan again for a better experience

How It’s Work

Step-1

Scan the QR/Choose Artwork

Scan QR on your t-shirt or if you don’t have access to it open awww.store/scanwebar and choose your art work

Step-2

Choose Application to view AR

Choose the mode through which you want to view the experience (Mobile Browser, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)

Step-3

Open App & Load AR Model

Allow camera to open and wait as loading completes. Point camera to your t-shirt art work and fit it in the frame

Step-4

Enjoy AR Experience

Hold steady for experience to load after scanning. Enjoy 3D moving AR elements and sound.

Which smartphone can I use to view AR experience ?

Your smartphone must have atleast 4 GB RAM, 8 MP Camera, latest version of Android/iOS and latest updates of Browser, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat installed.

How can I pay for my order ?

How do I cancel the order I have placed ?

We are sorry you had to look to cancel your order. However, orders once placed cannot be cancelled through the website at the moment, please reach out to us via whatsapp or email to get your order cancelled

How do I check the status of mu order?

Please tap on “Track your Order” section in the footer and add your Order Id to check your order status.

How are orders placed delivered to me ?

All orders placed on are dispatched through our own courier service or through other courier partners.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed ?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under the ‘change address’ option which is available under ‘My order’ section of the Website.

How do I check the status of my order ?

Please tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of Website to check your order status.

How do I login on AWWW ?

For users who login with email/Google/Facebook, enter your mobile number, then choose your method of login under “Already have an account?”. Once you have entered the details, you will be logged in to your account. Next time onwards, you can use your mobile and the mail provided for easy login.

How do I create an account on AWWW?

You can create your account by entering and verifying your mobile number. Click on “Create New Account” after that and fill up the form to create your account.

Do I need to provide email to create an account ?

Providing an email is not mandatory to create an account. However, we still recommend adding your email to your account as it will allow you to easily reset your password if you need to.

What is the Return and Exchange Policy ?

Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Why has my return request been declined ?

This may have happened if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund.
